Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting engineering change management activities and coordinating with global manufacturing teams. Your daily tasks may include:

- Meeting process performance targets and ensuring timely preparation of reports and dashboards.
- Training and mentoring new team members on tools and process improvements.
- Performing root cause analysis to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Identifying opportunities to improve engineering and procurement processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Preparing customized reports for performance analysis and process optimization.
