Job Responsibilities
- Manage user access for applications.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot incidents, even outside business hours (including nights and weekends).

- Monitor and improve application health status.
- Create documentation, reports, and awareness change records.

- Manage and renew security certificates.
- Work in an Agile environment, writing and maintaining user stories.

- Mainframe knowledge, including COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SQL.
- Ability to create various forms of documentation.
- Skills in analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills
- Domain knowledge in transaction acquiring, issuing, or payments.
- Understanding of ITIL processes for incidents, problems, and changes.
