  • Qualification:
    • BE – B. Tech / (IT/ Computer Science/ Circuit branches)
    • Should have secured 60% and above
    • No active Backlogs
  • Skills needed:
    • Should have understanding and/or experience of software development best practices and software development life cycle
    • Understanding of one/more programming languages such as Java/ .Net/ Python, data analytics or databases such as SQL/ Oracle/ Teradata etc.

EY Recruitment Process for Freshers 2025

Recruitment Process at EY Contains Generally Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Interviews. The Complete details about all the Steps of EY Recruitment Process 2025 are discussed below.

  1. Aptitude Test – There Will be an aptitude test which consisted of questions relating to vocabulary usage, comprehension, logical reasoning, data interpretation and basic accountancy.
  2. Group Discussion – The second round will be group discussion among 10 candidates on a general topic. The discussion will be moderated by the HR person. They will give one minute to note down our thoughts on the topic and about 15 minutes to discuss. Some candidates will be asked to conclude the discussion.
  3. HR Interview – Next will be interview with the HR manager which will last for about 15 mins. Questions will be the usual ones, for eg., “Tell me about yourself”, “What is your biggest achievement?”, “How would your friends describe you?”, etc.
  4. Technical Interview I – After the HR round, the technical interview where candidates will be asked questions from accounting and auditing. and will be last for around 15 minutes.
  5. Technical Interview II – Another round of technical interview with questions of a slightly higher difficulty level than those asked in the previous round. They might also asked to solve a depreciation related question on a sheet of paper.
