Recruitment Process at EY Contains Generally Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Interviews. The Complete details about all the Steps of EY Recruitment Process 2025 are discussed below.
- Aptitude Test – There Will be an aptitude test which consisted of questions relating to vocabulary usage, comprehension, logical reasoning, data interpretation and basic accountancy.
- Group Discussion – The second round will be group discussion among 10 candidates on a general topic. The discussion will be moderated by the HR person. They will give one minute to note down our thoughts on the topic and about 15 minutes to discuss. Some candidates will be asked to conclude the discussion.
- HR Interview – Next will be interview with the HR manager which will last for about 15 mins. Questions will be the usual ones, for eg., “Tell me about yourself”, “What is your biggest achievement?”, “How would your friends describe you?”, etc.
