• Develop knowledge of IQVIA products and their extraction and formatting processes, including DDD, Xponent, FIA, LAAD, NPA Market Dynamics, and Xponent Prescribing Dynamics.
• Work with internal IQVIA databases and tools such as OLP, TSO/DTSO, IDMS, CMFQ, FTP, MDT, and BDE.
• Research and respond to market-related queries received from Client Service Analysts, including NDC and CMF-related questions.
• Handle weekly and monthly Market Business Rule updates according to established procedures.
• Document and maintain business rules as required.
• Understand client market requirements and create or update customized Market Definitions using the Market Definition Tool.
• Complete assigned market and report-related project tasks within the required timelines.
• Adjust to changing project requirements, priorities, and business needs.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
