Role Overview – MS Engineer (L1)
As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1), you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations for clients. Your role includes monitoring systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and supporting clients through calls or chats.
The main goal is to maintain high service quality, prevent downtime, and provide first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents. You may also get opportunities to contribute to projects and disaster recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain client IT infrastructure.
