- 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in HV Substations (products/systems/solutions)
- Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in Engineering, Site Works, Proposals, Consultancy, or Sales Management in HV/EHV systems (2–3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of modern substation SLD/layouts, protection systems, and technical bid documentation
- Ability to support customer meetings during the proposal phase
- Flexible, quick learner, and capable of working independently with high-quality output
- Excellent communication skills, strong ownership mindset, and willingness to travel as needed
