Who Can Apply?
Education Requirements:
- 10th Grade: Minimum 60%
- 12th Grade: Minimum 60%
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)
- Open Schooling / Distance Learning: Allowed only for 10th and 12th grades
Additional Criteria:
- No active backlogs at the time of assessment; all subjects must be clear by 8th semester
- Up to 3 years gap in education is allow (only between 10th and the start of graduation)
- Graduation must be complete in 4 years
- Must have pursued a full-time course recognized by the Government
- Candidates should be at least 18 years old when registering
- Only Indian citizens or candidates with PIO/OCI cards are eligible
- Bhutanese and Nepali citizens must provide valid citizenship certificates
- A 3-month cooling-off period is require for those who previously appeared for Wipro’s selection process
Eligible Branches:
Only for CS/IT and Circuit branches.
Compensation and Service Agreement
- Salary: ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum
- Service Agreement: 1-year bond post-joining with a clause of ₹75,000 (on pro-rata basis)
Selection Process
The recruitment process involves 3 main rounds:
1: Online Assessment
- Aptitude Test: Logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and English (verbal) skills
- Written Communication Test: Essay writing
- Programming Test: Two coding questions (languages: Java, C, C++, or Python)
2: Voice Assessment
- Tests your spoken English communication skills
3: Business Discussion
- Final interaction with the hiring panel
