Who Can Apply?
Educational Qualifications:
- Must be completing B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in 2025
- Only students from Computer Science/IT or Circuit branches are eligible
- Must have completed a 5-year integrated course, if applicable
Academic Criteria:
- At least 60% in 10th and 12th (or equivalent grade)
- 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above in Graduation (as per university guidelines)
- Open schooling or distance learning is allowed only for 10th and 12th
Other Requirements:
- No backlogs at the time of joining – all papers must be clear by the final (8th) semester
- A maximum gap of 3 years in education is allow (only between 10th and start of graduation)
- No gaps are allowed during graduation
- Graduation must be completed within 4 years
- Only full-time degrees from recognized Indian institutions are accepted
- A cool-off period of 3 months is required from any previous Wipro assessment
- Indian citizens or holders of PIO/OCI cards can apply.
- Citizens of Bhutan or Nepal need to provide a valid citizenship certificate
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of application
Salary & Service Agreement
- Annual Package: ₹3.5 Lakhs (Elite package)
- Service Agreement: 1 year (₹75,000 in case of early exit, on a pro-rata basis)
Selection Process
